Jessica, a certified Yoga teacher, facilitates all New Day Mind + Body yoga sessions. Jessica's classes are private, which offers you the freedom to practice and learn without fear of judgement or the pressure of having to keep up with a class full of people. You can also bring a friend or family member to your session for free!
The type of Yoga practiced at New Day focuses on helping you regulate your nervous system, increase your flexibility, and still your thoughts, all of which are extremely helpful to deepening your sense of wellness and emotional healing and regulation.
Some of our clients wonder if Eastern Spirituality is a part of the New Day Yoga experience and the answer is no. We are a faith-affirming practice, but we do not impose spirituality within our Yoga experiences. You can expect to be welcomed into our practice studio and introduced to stretching and breathing exercises that are designed to help you relax, gently stretch and stay focused on stilling your racing thoughts and stilling your worried mind without affirming any spiritual dimension to your practice.
