Promptness and regular attendance at scheduled meetings is expected. Please notify of cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled session. Outside of an unavoidable circumstance, cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session will be billed at 50% of normal session cost with the first incident and full price for additional incidents. Being late to a session by 20 minutes or more is considered a no-show cancellation. Emergencies do occur and that will be taken into account if a cancellation/no-show occurs inside the 24 hour window.
